Warranty Information
All Circuit Master equipment is warranted under the following conditions:

1. This warranty applies to Circuit Master units manufactured at Delta Group Electronics of
Albuquerque, NM.
2. All Circuit Master units must be purchased from Quality Products (an authorized representative
an authorized representative of Smith Environmental Products) and sized according to the
representative's written recommendations for warranty to be in effect.
3. All Circuit Master units sold or replaced must be installed by a licensed and bonded electrician
or electrical contractor trained and approved by Quality Products or Smith Environmental Products.
4. Circuit Master products are warranted for three (3) years as listed below:

A. For the first year, any Circuit Master equipment that malfunctions will be replaced at no cost.
B. During the second year, any Circuit Master equipment that malfunctions will be replaced at
25% of the customer's original cost.
C. During the third year, any Circuit Master equipment that malfunctions will be replaced at 50%
of the customer's original cost.

5. In the case of a lightning strike, Circuit Master units are warranted solely for damage caused by
"down line" lightning strikes. Smith Environmental Products does not extend warranty coverage to damage
caused by direct lightning strikes. Smith Environmental Products will inspect any damaged unit(s) at a cost
based on this determination.
6. Circuit Master units do not provide protection against low voltage (brownout) conditions.
7. Circuit Master units do not protect telephone lines, cable modem lines, or any other equipment
not directly connected to the Circuit Master unit(s).
8. Smith Environmental Products has no control over local utilities, and does not warrant Circuit Master against
an action by these entities.

SMITH ENVIRONMENTAL PRODUCTS WILL GRANT AN UNCONDITIONAL, 90
DAY, "MONEY BACK" GUARANTEE ON ALL CIRCUIT MASTER PRODUCTS
SHOULD THEY FAIL TO PRODUCE A MINIMUM 10% SAVINGS IN KILOWATT
USAGE OF THE EQUIPMENT FOR WHICH THEY ARE CONNECTED.
