You can buy capacitors for saving energy and to improve power factor. You can buy surge protection to protect equipment. You can buy low pass filters for high frequency noise (harmonics) and high pass filters for low frequency noise. You can't buy the proprietary computer program. But with Circuit Master you get it all in the same box. The Circuit Master works on all inductive loads from HVAC to water and oil wells to water pumps, wells, chillers, machine shops, and all electric motors, including 480/600 volts. What sets the Circuit Master apart from other devices on the market is a built in noise filtering "LNF" circuit. This "LNF" circuit helps to balance out the distortions in the wave cycle which causes KVAR's in the harmonic balance associated with inductive loads. This feature in turn helps many computer controlled and state of the art electronic equipment to run more reliably. All units connect to electrical panels or disconnects via NEC approved electrical hook apparatus. The other major components used in Circuit Master devices are line filter capacitors. These types of components are used to improve the power factor and reduce the amount of KVA needed from the utility to run various inductive loads. The combining of these components with our proprietary computer program provides a motor harmony that enhances the ability of the overall product performance. The achieved savings in the Circuit Master maximizes the energy saving features in real time operations with a guaranteed savings of 10% or greater. |

Technical Note: While many engineers have debated that only dropping Kw will produce energy savings, we have never failed to produce actual dollar reduction in utility billing with the Circuit Master. Although part of the savings is in reduction of demand due to increasing power factor, there are other factors that must be considered. The utility company delivers Kva and the Kva is converted to Kw and Kvar. At a .75 power factor, it requires 142 Kva to produce 100 Kw of real power. At a .95 power factor, it requires 105 Kva to produce the same 100 Kw. The Circuit Master reduces the Kvar which improves the power factor. Although the electric bill may only show Kw usage, the cost to consume the Kw has been reduced by replacing the Kvar lost in converting the Kva. Generally loads greater than 60 amps will begin to show Kw drop immediately while smaller amp loads take time to move upline into the distribution before producing cost reductions. All this is in addition to reducing amps, which reduces heat, and extends equipment life. The Circuit Master is quite simply co-mingling it's stored energy, from its capacitors, with the energy from the utility much like a solar panel co-mingles its energy with the utility. |
